Edit: So anyway, I got a reply on one of my reviews on Newgrounds. I was reviewing this [link] submition.

Me: "It sounds like two minutes of the melody is pretty much just the same five second-beat played of 25 times, making the melody quite boring after a short while. It would sure have done great in a mini-game, but as a melody alone, it is not that exciting. I did sort of like the beat, though, so a 5/10 it will be."

Him: "the "main melody" is only played 4 times in the song, once when it's fading in at the beginning, and then when it fades in again, and then it repeats twice. Actually pay attention and you might realize this. the only part that repeats itself is the part directly after the beginning, and it's only for a few bars.
